DIRECTIONS:

From Hwy. 49
Take the Brunswick Road exit WEST
Turn Left on Nevada City Highway
Turn Left on Dorsey Dr.
Turn Right on Catherine Ln.
Turn Left on Glasson Dr.

Proceed around the hospital to the Outpatient Center parking lot. Take the elevator to LEVEL 1. Rooms 110, 120, & 130 are on the right at the end of the hall.

NOTE:
Lake Lane will be closed to all traffic.  
Please respect all parking restrictions and PLEASE, NO DOGS.
